Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipment to ensure the best experience possible. Due to high demand, please allow 10–12 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 6–8 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.
Total Estimated Delivery: 16–20 business days from purchase.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll fix it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the address.
Delays
While we do everything we can to meet our estimated times, occasional delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, reach out and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help you resolve it.
